It’s easier to do this mission once you have unlocked the fast travel location at the Moonview Arena. Misdreavus only appears at night so if you miss it or don’t catch one, you can easily fast travel back to the camp near Lonely Spring, rest until it’s Night Time, then go back to the Moonview Arena to try again.

Misdreavus appears just South of the arena, in an area called Sacred Plaza. During the day there are usually Bronzor’s here but once night time hits, they disappear and Misdreavus appears in the area. They can be quite easily spooked and will teleport away if alerted, so approach slowly and use a strong Pokeball to be safe.

Once you have caught Misdreavus, return to complete the Request.
